Benin is characterized by a positive, dynamic tension between tradition and modernity. The exhibition will interpret this concept through synthesis of the current artistic and cultural scene within an historical context.

Since its creation in 1984, World Music Day (WMD) invites us to travel in the universe of music, either professional or amateur. Each June, the festival brings together musicians from more than 110 countries, bridging the generations in an exciting mélange of styles—from classical music to rap, from rock to electro.
For the 2008 gathering, the French Minister of Culture chose Anamnesia to redesign the official website, which is the portal of the event.

“Eana, Earth of Possible” will be presented in a park in the Seine valley, around the Abbey of Valasse. The project is an invitation to travel from Earth’s origins to the year 2050. The events and exhibits will be presented in the Park of the former Abbey (with an outside path) but also in an interactive and entertaining center.

The European House of Patchwork and Textile Arts is a cultural, touristic and economic project that organizes exhibitions on patchwork, the history of textiles and creation. It also functions as an Interpretation Center for Architecture and Cultural Heritage. This institution aims to become a major social hub in the city of Saint-Marie-Aux-Mines and the Val-d’Argent.

The Prehistoric Museum of Grand-Pressigny is prestigious, first of all, due to its very location: former Prisciniacus, the traces of which can be found as early as the VIth century; a defensive fortress from 1193 onwards, built by William of Pressigny, and a stage for many battles fought over 5 centuries and finally a Renaissance Style castle as it stands today, built from 1550 to 1580 by Honorat of Savoy.
