House of Alsace (limited competition)

Our mission: program analysis, exhibit design, design of interpretive tools.

Since 1968, the House of Alsace has been inviting its visitors to discover different aspects of the region— cultural, economic, social and environmental. Located on the Champs-Elysées avenue (Paris), seven floors are devoted to exploring the Alsatian region.

To augment the image of Alsace, a competition was launched for the refurbishment of the architecture and interior design of the House.

Izadia, Environmental Center

Our mission: scientific content, design of interpretive tools.

The Environmental Center is part of a large-scale project for the enhancement, preservation, and interpretation of the natural heritage of the Barre region in Southwestern France.
The Center increases awareness and appreciation of local wildlife, through an interactive experience designed to be both entertaining and educational.

“Eana, earth of Possible”

Our mission: content adaptation, design of interactive scenarios and multimedia games, design and production of audiovisual and multimedia hardware.

“Eana, Earth of Possible” will be presented in a park in the Seine valley, around the Abbey of Valasse. The project is an invitation to travel from Earth’s origins to the year 2050. The events and exhibits will be presented in the Park of the former Abbey (with an outside path) but also in an interactive and entertaining center.

Energy exhibition

Our mission: content definition, scenarios, project management for the drafting of procurement documents, graphic design and wayfinding signage.

The Energy Exhibition is a new project, in partnership with the exhibition designer Arc-en-Scène (Paris). The planning and concept design phase started in January 2008.

Aquarium Mare Nostrum at the Odysseum of Montpellier (Languedoc-Roussillon, France)

Our mission: design a multimedia circuit of the “Mare Nostrum” at the Odysseum, interactive kiosks and installations.

The Mare Nostrum project has many separate objectives. In a totally fun environment, which at times can be spectacular, it aims simultaneously:

  • To help discover marine and underwater life, mainly Mediterranean, either in a natural environment or through audiovisual, sound, multimedia & immersive devices
  • To create maximum awareness about the issues linked to environmental protection.

Musée Granet, exhibition “Aix, at the crossroad of the exchanges between Northern and Southern Europe”, Musée Granet, Aix-en-Provence (Provence, France)

Our mission: client, content analysis and adaptation, multimedia conception and interactive scenography definition

After renovation work the Musée Granet now boasts a 14.763 sq.ft. exhibition gallery, to enhance the permanent collections and house regular theme-based exhibitions.

Anamnesia and the exhibit designer, l’Atelier Caravane, worked together closely on the exhibition, and pooled their expertise. The result is an interactive multimedia exhibition, where the new technologies blend in seamlessly with the exhibit design to provide visitors with a strikingly original new experience.

Meinsberg Castle in Malbrouk (Lorraine, France)

Design of multimedia applications and scenography, scenario writing, script and synopsis of installations

Each room in the Castle at Malbrouk tells a story, the History of the place and historical characters of the region. We introduced educational & informative media that are both fun and modern.

European Beer Museum in Stenay (Lorraine, France)

Our mission : Multimedia kiosks, audiovisuals, interviews, audio atmospheres

This museum is dedicated to the evolution of brewing techniques from Antiquity to nowadays. Anamnesia was in charge of the development of a circuit with 8 multimedia kiosks in a former brewery covering an area of over 15,000 sq. ft..
