Missions: design, production and integration of multimedia and audiovisual content in cultural establishments

The Scriptolab at Anamnesia grew out of the develoment of Anamnesia’s resources and competencies, as it was called upon more and more frequently by project managers to provide overall expertise, assist in programming, museography and redefine content.
These fruitful efforts of collaboration with players upstream to artistic production led to the creation of a department devoted to the study and definition of content and target audiences, to writing work and scenario building.

The Scriptolab acts as the interface between the scientific committes, guarantor of the validity of the content, and those involved in design: scenographers, museologists, architects, multimedia designers, for whom we adapt that content.

The Scriptolab studies and interprets the works and subjects; Anamnesia analyses this data and adapts it to the mediation media and target audience concerned.

INVESTIGATION AND RESEARCH

Locating resources, selecting and identifying the written and iconographic documents necessary for the development of the content: we consult local and national specialists (researchers, associations, experts, etc.), printed or audiovisual documentation, data bases, image and sound banks to collect relevant and optimal information.

EXPLOITATION

We take all necessary measures to acquire the key documents; we verify the existing rights to the works and we negotiate agreements for exploitation rights.

TAXONOMY

We draw up exhaustive thematic files, summaries and syntheses of research, categorizations and hierarchies for information, archiving, as well as carrying out investigations to establish scheme for the themes of a topic.

ADAPTATION OF CONTENT

We organize the content to enhance the value of the stated aims and purposes. We define and recommend the most suitable mediation media for each type of content. We proceed to the writing work, formatting, before giving attention to the architecture of the program and the arborescence of the content. We verify their quality for optimal use depending on the mediation tools used.

CREATION OF CONTENT

We diagnose the gaps in the themes and identify the limits of the subjects. We recommend and supervise the creation of content. We seek out and contact the resource persons with a view to obtaining their participation or their accounts for the creation of documents and multimedia content.
