• Architectural and museographic programming for the museum of an archaeological site and a Center of conservation and study

The city of Lucciana, in Corsica, undertook the spatial planning project of the Roman city of Mariana, in order to create a Center of conservation and study and a Museum that would be located closed to this astonishing paleochristian site, unique in Corsica.
The spatial planning project has a double positioning: on one hand, a professional research axis, with a national, European and international scale; on the other hand, a cultural, touristic and educational axis.
Our mission: we work with the architectural programming firm DA&DU, to assist the city of Lucciana in the definition of the future museum, upon the basis of the scientific project defined.

• Owner’s assistance for the renewal of audiovisual and multimedia content

Escal’Atlantic is a major venue to discover liners, which gave prestige to the shipyards of St Nazaire.

Opened in 2000, the center has initiated an important work of renewal of its exhibitions, in order to display new collection and to reach for a new audience.
We have been mandated to provide an expertise on the use of medias within the visit. Our role was to:

• Redefine the role of multimedia in the facility;
• Evaluate the feasibility of the audiovisual and multimedia projects that will enhance the visiting experience;
• Evaluate the cost of such changes.

• Cultural programming

The former Butchers’ cooperative of Schiltigheim is today at the core of a project of rehabilitation into a facility dedicated to plastic arts creation and exhibition. It also aims at welcoming artists in residence.
This project is part of a local network of creation and diffusion of contemporary arts and feeds on the experience of the artistic facilities that exist in the territory.
It also answers a strong expectation coming from the artists.
At least, it has an education dimension, as it will organize workshops and training programs led in collaboration with the Ecole nationale des Arts décoratifs of Strasbourg.
As a polymorphic site, its program is characterized by:

• An in-depth listening of all the local partners of the project;
• A great pragmatism for the preservation of the existing building, while affirming its capacity of adaptation to artistic activities and the welcome of a diverse audience.

The Exploratoire is a unique place, where people can find answers to their professional issues,under an original approach: an exhibition, opened to everyone.
Our mission is to assist the owner all along the project, from the definition of the exhibition and communication concept, to the supervisory control of the team in charge of exhibition design and fabrication.
We oversee the whole project and guarantee its consistence.

Created in 2001, le Cube has been developing one of the most innovative places on the French cultural stage, managed by the association ART3000. Its mission is to train the audience to digital arts, to propose events that illustrate the wealth and the diversity of multimedia arts, to support high quality artistic productions, and to  encourage exchanges between the actors involved in the “creation / innovation” process.
Le Cube now wants to expand its activities through the creation of a second center, whose architectural side is  overseen by the Atelier Jean Nouvel.
This new facility needs to find a positioning and an image that are part of an ambitious urban project, dedicated to cultural expression, in all its diversity.
Anamnesia works with IDA Concept and Changement à Vue for the preliminary studies that should lead to detailed program definition of the facility.

• Program definition for an institution dedicated to visual and sound arts

The creation of this institution, connected to the other educative and cultural facilities of the city of Toulouse, in a sensitive urban zone, is a challenge.  The stakes are high: indeed, the House of omage and sound will aim at training and helping young people in their creative approach, at welcoming artistic production companies, and at broadcasting and conveying.

Anamnesia conducts the preliminary benchmark study that will lead to the positioning and the scale definition of such facility, before starting its cultural and scientific program design.  This study is undertaken with IDA Concept, a specialist of architectural programming.

The Hassan II Mosque, beyond its role as a place of worship, is also a cultural complex that offers to visitors a unique travel inside the Moroccan culture.

A new problematic is appearing: how to welcome numerous visitors while preserving the tranquility necessary to religious devotion?  The answer is the creation of a Visitors and interpretive center.

Anamnesia has been commissionned by the the exhibition designer to assist his work in terms of multimedia and audiovisual design and of technical integration of the interpretive technologies.

• The development of the official website of Le Centre;
• The design and the development of an iPhone app that guides the visitor within the exhibition.

The Pôle de l’espace et des étoiles is a complex gathering an observatory for for x-ray astronomy (among the largest in the world) and an interpretive center, which is the interface between visitors and scientific equipment in operation.

The center is under restructuration, especially to cope with an influx of visitors and respond to new demands in terms of museography and interpretation.  In this context, Anamnesia has been mandated to carry out educational audiovisual content that explains astronomical phenomena or complex techniques, such as the principle of temporal analysis used by x-ray stargazers.

Missions: production of audiovisual and multimedia content

Located in Villers-sur-Mer, the House of Meridian pursues a scientific target, through the promotion of local natural heritage. Three main themes will be developed: the cliff of Vaches Noires, the swamp of Villers-Bloville and the Greenwich Meridian.

We are in charge of the production of the audiovisual and multimedia content, including scientific interviews and educational animations.
