Missions: scenarization and production of an audiovisual documentary
The creation of the House of Truffle in Boncourt is part of a huge project of promotion of the truffle field in Lorraine, whose house will be the heart. It will make us discover truffle culture from different points of view (science, gastronomy, etc.).
We work for the production of an audiovisual documentary that illustrates the truffle field, from harvest to culinary preparations, including scientific research led on this subject.
